These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and ckr44 (hereinafter "ckr44", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). 2.5 Account Security

Any account found to have initiated an unauthorised chargeback will be immediately suspended, the balance frozen, and the matter referred for investigation. ckr44 reserves the right to pursue recovery of fraudulently obtained funds through all available legal channels.

4.1 Eligibility and Claiming

5.3 Self-Exclusion Obligations

All intellectual property rights in and to the ckr44 platform — including but not limited to the ckr44 brand name, logo, website design, software, source code, user interface elements, text, images, graphics, audio, video, and all other content published on https://ckr44.net — are owned by or licensed to ckr44 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6.1 Limited Licence to Users

ckr44 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ckr44 platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, publish, transmit, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any ckr44 content or software.

6.2 Game Content

7.2 Accuracy of Information

7.4 Maximum Liability Cap

8.1 Voluntary Closure

8.2 Suspension by ckr44

8.4 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming Closure

8.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. ckr44 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts after the initial 12-month period, as specified in the account dashboard. ckr44 will send a reminder notification to the registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. The dormancy fee will not reduce the account balance below zero.
